HubSpot Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Optimize and oversee the CRM ecosystem

• Evaluate existing processes and enhance workflows

• Integrate supplementary tools with HubSpot

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain CRM hygiene

• Develop and support client portals and websites

• Assist with HubSpot marketing tools

• Facilitate data collection and generate reports

• Configure and sustain HubSpot workflows and automation

• Monitor CRM performance and produce reports

• Provide assistance with CRM processes to ensure efficient operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM

• Experience in managing CRM data and ensuring data integrity

• Tech-savvy with the capacity to adapt to new technologies and processes

• Understanding of workflow automation and process improvement

• Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools

• Basic coding skills are advantageous

• Experience in building CRM integrations and automated systems is beneficial

• Software development experience related to CRM/HubSpot integrations is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• High attention to detail and data precision

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), dual monitors, and stable high-speed internet connection
