HSSE Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the ongoing enhancement of health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Create, sustain, and implement HSSE and quality management systems throughout the organization.

• Oversee adherence to ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).

• Organize both internal and external HSSE audits.

• Assist project teams in developing safety plans and conducting risk assessments.

• Perform investigations into incidents.

• Administer training programs.

• Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct site visits to pinpoint areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the construction sector (preferably in office, retail, or hotel fit-outs).

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently while under pressure.

• Proficient in English (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus).

• NEBOSH General Certificate, SMSTS, and proficiency in MS Office are required.

• Preferred: NVQ/NEBOSH Diploma Level 5/6, ISO auditor credentials, first aid certification, and specialist qualifications in fire safety and environmental management.
