HRSD Functional Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize HRSD demands, converting business requirements and operational insights into a clear, value-oriented functional backlog.

• Develop and enhance epics, features, and user stories that align with HR outcomes, complete with success metrics and acceptance criteria.

• Make strategic trade-off decisions regarding scope, speed, and experience to maximize the value delivered through HRSD capabilities.

• Collaborate with the HRIT HRSD Technical Product Owner to ensure the backlog is prepared, feasible, and aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.

• Assess delivered solutions against business requirements to ensure compliance.

• Promote enhancements in self-service adoption, Tier 1 efficiency, and overall service performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of practical experience in leading ServiceNow HRSD as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional HRSD Architect.

• Proficient hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, which includes case management, knowledge management, and employee service center functionalities.

• Experience in roles such as product owner, business analyst, or functional lead.

• Capability to convert business needs into structured requirements.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks based on value.

• Familiarity with operating in a backlog-driven delivery model.

• Previous experience in leading or supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Agile or product management practices, including backlog management and release cycles, is a plus.

• Experience in driving improvements in the HRSD service model, such as Tier 0/1 optimization, automation, or AI-enabled service delivery, is beneficial.
