HRSD Functional Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize HRSD demands, translating business requirements and operational insights into a clear, value-oriented functional backlog.

• Develop and enhance epics, features, and user stories that align with HR outcomes, including criteria for success and acceptance.

• Make trade-off decisions regarding scope, speed, and user experience to maximize the value delivered through HRSD capabilities.

• Collaborate with the HRIT HRSD Technical Product Owner to ensure the backlog is prepared, feasible, and in alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities.

• Assess delivered solutions against business requirements.

• Promote enhancements in self-service utilization, Tier 1 effectiveness, and overall service performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of practical experience leading ServiceNow HRSD as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional HRSD Architect.

• Proficient experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including case management, knowledge management, and employee service center functionalities.

• Demonstrated capability to convert business needs into well-structured requirements.

• Experience in prioritizing tasks based on value.

• Ability to work within a backlog-driven delivery framework.

• Prior experience in leading or supporting enterprise ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agile or product management practices, including backlog management and release cycles, is a plus.

• Experience in driving improvements in HRSD service models, including Tier 0/1 optimization, automation, or AI-enabled service delivery, is a plus.
