This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and prioritize HRSD demands, transforming business requirements and operational insights into a well-defined, value-oriented functional backlog.
• Take ownership of the development and enhancement of epics, features, and user stories that align with HR outcomes, including success metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Make strategic trade-off decisions regarding scope, speed, and user experience to maximize the value provided through HRSD capabilities.
• Collaborate with the HRIT HRSD Technical Product Owner to ensure the backlog is prepared, feasible, and aligned with ServiceNow platform functionalities.
• Assess delivered solutions against business requirements to ensure effectiveness.
• Promote enhancements in self-service utilization, Tier 1 efficiency, and overall service performance.
• Work alongside HRSD Operations, Centers of Excellence, and HRIT to implement scalable solutions that meet enterprise service delivery standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in leading ServiceNow HRSD as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional HRSD Architect.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow HRSD, encompassing case management, knowledge management, and employee service centers.
• Experience in roles such as product owner, business analyst, or functional lead.
• Proficient in translating business needs into structured requirements.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks based on value.
• Familiarity with operating in a backlog-driven delivery environment.
• Previous experience in leading or assisting with enterprise ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Agile or product management methodologies, including backlog management and release cycles, is a plus.
• Experience in driving improvements in the HRSD service model, including Tier 0/1 optimization, automation, and AI-enabled service delivery, is also a plus.
