• Job Title: CAPPS HR/PY Time & Labor Analyst
• Operates with minimal supervision, utilizing experience and judgment to achieve objectives.
• Executes all tasks in accordance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles.
• Responsible for monitoring and acting as the primary support to ensure the generation of accurate data.
• Carries out all responsibilities in compliance with CPA’s processes, policies, and procedures within the defined project scope and timeline.
• Engaging in highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance related to the CAPPS Program support.
• Deliver support for the CAPPS HR/PY Time and Labor (T&L) module, adhering to guidance from module and tower leads, CPA management, and in collaboration with the Tier 3 Managed Services vendor.
• Assist with functional configurations.
• Aid in implementing and supporting the Fluid timesheet functionality.
• Responsible for possessing the technical skillsets required for relevant tools.
• Address T&L batch job issues and/or failures.
• Maintain knowledge of tools and the environment.
• Provide functional support for the CAPPS HR/PY application.
• Oversee the CAPPS HR/PY functional design phase.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Offer structured cross-training to enhance junior analyst skills.
• Deliver comprehensive training and support to agency staff, in line with established requests and organizational needs.
• Engage in active project participation, including expansion and fiscal year-end processes.
• Provides Level 2 Service Desk support, which includes managing complex tickets, advanced troubleshooting, clear documentation, and basic system configuration, all in accordance with established, auditable processes, in partnership with a Managed Services vendor responsible for Tier 3 work.
• Ensures that all digital products and content comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This entails maintaining experiences that are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, routinely reviewing content for compliance, and implementing updates or remediation as accessibility issues arise.
