This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead and mentor a team consisting of 2 Workday HRIS Experts and 1 HR Data Analyst.
• Structure team activities utilizing project plans and agile sprint methodologies.
• Prioritize the team backlog, considering business impact, urgency, and capacity.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing through Notion.
• Take ownership of the Workday post-go-live roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement, optimization, and user adoption.
• Review and enhance Workday configurations to identify gaps and efficiencies.
• Convert HR business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment processes.
• Assess and implement pertinent Workday product updates and bi-annual releases.
• Maintain and enhance Workday security, role-based access control, data privacy, and audit compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Business teams.
• Facilitate prioritization workshops and steering committee meetings.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR Operations and the wider technology organization.
• Oversee Workday integrations with Ashby, Silae, and other external tools.
• Partner with IT to develop a robust, secure, and maintainable integration architecture.
• Maintain the HR technology stack and integration landscape map.
• Investigate Workday AI and extensibility capabilities, including Workday Extend.
• Evaluate Sana Learn and other AI-driven learning solutions.
• Lead experimentation, business case assessments, governance, and deployment of AI and automation initiatives.
• Enhance team capabilities through training, experimentation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure HR data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Create HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports for headcount, attrition, and workforce planning.
• Advocate for a data-driven HR culture.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations across HR data flows.
• Support HRIS configuration and deployment for international expansion, including new countries, legal entities, payroll connectors, and local compliance.
• Scale Workday configurations in alignment with organizational growth.
• 8+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including post-go-live ownership and functional configuration.
• Familiarity with HCM Core, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Talent, Compensation, and Peakon.
• Strong understanding of the Workday security model, encompassing role-based access and domain/business process security.
• Experience serving as AMOA or functional project lead on HRIS projects.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, solution design, change management, and UAT.
• Proven track record of managing a team or leading a project team.
• Exceptional project management skills, including running sprints, managing a backlog, and delivering results in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing or overseeing HR system integrations, including APIs, middleware, or Integration Studio.
• Knowledge of AI and automation applications within Workday, HR, or data.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Silae, Deel, and Google package.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Exposure to international HRIS rollouts.
• Understanding of HR data governance frameworks and GDPR compliance.
