HRIS Solutions Developer – Boomi, UKG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement contemporary, scalable integration solutions for HRIS utilizing Workday, UKG, and other external products.

• Spearhead the design of integration strategies that link cloud, SaaS, and on-premises systems to facilitate seamless data exchange, process automation, and data validation.

• Execute programming tasks to support ERP Applications Workday and UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) as the timekeeping and advanced scheduling systems.

• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for design, enterprise scaling, and development.

• Assess and suggest tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Develop and implement change management for assigned projects.

• Ensure the reliability of systems and the integrity of data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend and gather their business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Five (5) years of configuration and technical experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) products.

• Five (5) years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration and middleware solutions.

• Three (3)+ years of experience with API design and management/API gateways.

• Strong expertise in XML, JSON, RESTful services, SOAP, code management, and testing methodologies.

• Demonstrated understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

• A solid professional IT background with comprehensive knowledge of ERP ecosystems, data, and integrations.
