• Accountable for the strategic guidance, governance, and operational excellence of payroll and time & attendance systems throughout the organization.
• Act as a crucial partner to HR, Finance, IT, and various stakeholders to ensure that payroll and T&A practices align with organizational goals.
• Spearhead policy formulation, process standardization, change management, and system enhancement.
• Provide counsel to leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic matters affecting payroll, time & attendance, compensation, and benefits.
• Supervise strategic planning, the development of roadmaps, and the unification of payroll and T&A systems and processes on a global scale.
• Oversee change initiatives, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder involvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business units to enhance operational efficiency.
• Remain informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in payroll and time & attendance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll, time & attendance systems administration, HRIS, or project management.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic payroll and T&A initiatives and managing change programs.
• Experience in developing policies, governance frameworks, or operational principles.
• Familiarity with major payroll and T&A systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll fundamentals, employment law, and compliance requirements.
• Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CPP is an advantage.
