This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Configure the HR and workforce modules of Intuit Enterprise Suite, including employee data, workflows, approval processes, and system settings.
• Develop and enhance automated workflows for onboarding, leave requests, performance management, and modifications to employee data.
• Assist in managing implementation timelines, milestones, testing, and key deliverables until go-live.
• Support the cleanup, migration, mapping, and validation of employee data from current systems.
• Conduct system functionality testing and address any configuration or workflow issues.
• Create training documentation, process guides, and job aids for HR team members and employees.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, processes, and troubleshooting methods.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and project stakeholders to assess needs, resolve issues, and ensure the system aligns with organizational processes.
• Assist with additional implementation-related projects and tasks as assigned.
• Experience in implementing or configuring an HRIS, including workflows, system setup, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, and leave administration.
• Comfortable working with HR technology, data, and troubleshooting systems.
• Experience with Intuit Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Online Advanced, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of explaining systems and processes to others effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based setting.
• Must reside and conduct all work from Oregon.
• Dedicated quiet workspace suitable for confidential HR tasks.
• Ability to work approximately 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility according to project needs.
• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $38.00 to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Flexible part-time and remote work schedule.

• Project-based experience leading vital components of an HRIS implementation from configuration to go-live.
• Temporary assignment expected to last 4-5 months.
