• Provide vision and strategic direction for the HRIS function to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and requirements.
• Advocate for initiatives that enhance the employee experience and guarantee a consistent, high-quality journey.
• Foster continuous improvement and system functionality by monitoring, suggesting, and implementing Workday updates that streamline HR processes and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Supervise the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Workday, ensuring its reliability, stability, and security.
• Lead and manage HRIS projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other systems.
• Identify and execute process enhancements within Workday to improve efficiency and the user experience.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of data within Workday and other HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs, convert them into technical specifications, and ensure Workday effectively supports the organization.
• Create, maintain, and enhance Workday configurations and integrations with other applications.
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for both inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other systems.
• Configure and uphold domain security policies and business process policies within Workday.
• Develop and implement reporting and analytics to monitor key HR metrics and derive insights from Workday data.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information technology, human resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency or knowledge of Workday Core HCM, along with familiarity with additional modules such as Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR system management, including at least 6+ years of Workday HCM specific experience.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive is an advantage.
• Workday Pro HCM certifications are a plus.
