This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and execute client-side project management and consulting for HR and payroll system selections, implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, pinpoint process enhancements, and convert needs into recommendations for system design and configuration.
• Oversee project delivery from planning to go-live, ensuring robust governance through project plans, RAID logs, and progress reports.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients and vendors during the entire project lifecycle.
• Offer training, support, and guidance to promote user adoption and achieve successful outcomes.
• Identify avenues to enhance value or expand services in alignment with client needs and objectives.
• Contribute to Silver Cloud’s culture of continuous improvement by refining delivery methodologies, tools, and client engagement strategies.
• Assist in brand-building initiatives through webinars, case studies, and participation in industry events.
• Uphold high delivery standards, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and meet Silver Cloud’s quality expectations.
• Solid background in HR and/or payroll, with a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, challenges, and compliance considerations.
• Proven experience in delivering HRIS/HR tech projects, preferably across platforms such as Dayforce, HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cezanne, Cascade, and others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementation or optimization projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including core HR, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Prince2 qualification or equivalent project delivery experience is highly regarded.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of adapting your style to various audiences.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and added value.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, collaborative consulting environment, managing multiple priorities while upholding high standards.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and a commitment to completing tasks.
• Experience contributing to client-facing thought leadership or industry events is an advantage.
