This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee HiBob implementation initiatives, guaranteeing timely delivery while managing scope, schedules, and resources in line with project methodologies and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, employing a client-focused approach to comprehend their business aspirations, system requirements, and providing advice on optimal practices for Bob configuration and optimization.
• Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients throughout the implementation process to ensure successful user adoption of the platform.
• Offer guidance and assistance regarding data migration activities while maintaining data integrity.
• Maintain an extensive project plan, RAID logs, and project status reports/updates to ensure project status is communicated effectively both internally and externally.
• Identify possible project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to guarantee project success, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, as well as HiBob stakeholders, to provide exceptional service and resolve any client-related issues.
• Assist the Head of Practice in developing and expanding the HiBob practice, covering presales, recruitment, service offerings, and process enhancements.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance implementation processes, tools, and client engagement strategies.
• Drive personal learning and development, staying updated on solution advancements.
• Proven experience in implementing HRIS/HR tech solutions, particularly HiBob, either as an implementer or end-user.
• Background in Project Management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously, showcasing a strong history of timely and within-scope delivery.
• Client-centric attitude and professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels.
• Exceptional client-facing abilities, with skills to engage, build trust, and effectively manage client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes (e.g., talent management, time and attendance, compensation, performance management, workforce planning) and how HRIS solutions facilitate these processes.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to the evolving needs of clients and projects.
• A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement in service quality.
• A collaborative team player who actively engages with the team, demonstrating a flexible and proactive attitude.
