This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide assistance for HR systems, addressing issues, data inconsistencies, and interfaces.
• Respond to HR tickets and inquiries regarding the use of ADP, as well as correcting data stored in ADP through ad hoc modifications and bulk uploads.
• Engage in the design, setup, and enhancement of HR systems and ADP modules as needed, including Benefits, Time, Talent, and Performance.
• Facilitate HR programs such as performance and engagement through technical design and configuration.
• Assist the HRIS Specialist in building and improving global workflows and change requests within HR systems to minimize manual intervention and enhance data accuracy.
• Comprehend global workflows and suggest alignment or regional strategies as necessary to fulfill business requirements.
• Construct, monitor, and troubleshoot data synchronization between ADP and other systems such as Greenhouse, Okta, and Precipio. Develop integration files, take part in testing initiatives, and perform manual data uploads when needed.
• Aid the HRIS Specialist in proactively communicating with and conducting training sessions for stakeholders when updates to configurations, features, or processes occur to ensure user familiarity and adoption.
• Execute comprehensive audits of system data and workflows to guarantee data integrity across all modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with the HRIS Specialist to establish a regular audit schedule to ensure consistent auditing aligned with compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in HRIS or HR with responsibilities as a system administrator and/or analyst.
• Proficient in ADP and other HR systems such as Precipio, Docebo, and Greenhouse.
• Additional HRIS experience with systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a bonus.
• Outstanding client service skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
