HRIS Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up and oversee SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions, which encompass time types, accruals, eligibility criteria, workflows, and absence procedures.

• Configure and assist with Employee Central foundational objects and employee data frameworks.

• Manage and uphold Employee Central foundational objects, MDF Objects, Object Definitions, Associations, business rules, and related configurations.

• Facilitate testing processes, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while addressing any identified defects.

• Evaluate SAP SuccessFactors release updates and suggest the adoption of pertinent features.

• Collaborate independently with business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.

• Robust configuration experience in the Employee Central and Time Off modules.

• Proficiency in time types and their workflows, time accounts, accrual rules, and take rules/business rules.

• Experience in multi-country SuccessFactors implementations and support environments is advantageous.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.
