This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital Dayforce administration resource, offering support for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Analytics, Dashboards, and Integrations.
• Ensure the integrity of HRIS data through conducting audits, performing data reviews, executing clean-up tasks, and monitoring the system.
• Create intricate reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders.
• Develop and maintain file feeds and integrations utilizing Dayforce Integration Studio.
• Collaborate with Payroll to enhance and automate processes while addressing configuration requirements, including prevailing wage obligations.
• Assess employee, compensation, classification, benefits, and other HR data for precision and consistency.
• Recognize system and process gaps, partnering with the Senior HRIS Analyst to devise solutions.
• Assist in testing, implementation, documentation, and communication regarding system enhancements and Dayforce releases.
• Oversee the test environment and manage refresh schedules.
• Conduct imports, exports, data clean-up, troubleshooting, and research on HRIS discrepancies.
• Aid in monthly invoice audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Act as the primary contact for HRIS inquiries and issues, escalating complex matters as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster collaborative relationships across HR, Payroll, IT, and the wider organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS/HRMS, which includes system configuration.
• Experience with Dayforce is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and advanced reporting.
• Background in supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Timekeeping systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into clear and practical information for non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing tasks, and follow through consistently.
• PHR certification is advantageous.
