HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in configuring Oracle HCM modules according to established specifications and guidelines.

• Conduct regular maintenance of core system tables and HR data.

• Aid in troubleshooting basic system errors and escalate more complex issues to senior team members.

• Collect and document initial user requirements for minor system enhancements or alterations.

• Engage in testing activities for system upgrades and new features.

• Offer fundamental support and guidance to end-users regarding HRIS functionalities.

• Contribute to the documentation of HRIS processes and system configurations.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance expertise within the HRIS domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support role.

• Basic understanding of HRIS concepts and fundamental database structures.

• Experience in data entry, maintenance, and basic reporting from HR systems.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and lookups.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM or another enterprise-level HRIS platform.

• Experience with system testing or user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

• Ability to adhere to detailed instructions and established procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
