HRBP Campus Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the HR strategy and implementation for a multi-site manufacturing facility to facilitate organizational expansion.

• Lead and nurture the campus HR team through coaching, performance assessments, and succession planning.

• Collaborate with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, labor relations, and initiatives involving union partnerships.

• Design and implement talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategies.

• Advocate for learning and development programs that enhance organizational capabilities.

• Propel employee engagement and retention initiatives across various locations.

• Ensure adherence to Mexican labor laws, corporate policies, and maquiladora regulations.

• Direct governance, risk management, audit preparedness, and ongoing process improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings.

• Proven experience in labor relations, including union interactions and support for collective bargaining.

• Background in supporting maquiladora operations and multi-site manufacturing environments.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving organizational changes, and making data-informed business decisions.

• Experience in a greenfield, start-up, or newly established manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
