HR Workday Inhouse Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and further development of our HR system Workday

• Maintenance and quality assurance of HR data

• Optimization of data structures

• Configuration and testing of new features and modules within Workday

• Creation of reports, presentations, analyses, and dashboards for HR

• Participation in digitalization projects within the HR sector

• Implementation of systems and interfaces

• Close collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, HR, Data Management, or a comparable qualification

• Experience with Workday – ideally as a Key User, Admin, or in system integration

• Good understanding of HR processes

• Strong affinity for data and systems

• Proficient in Excel

• Structured, flexible, and solution-oriented working style

• Team player

• Fluent in German and English – both spoken and written
