This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead enterprise-level HR transformation projects aimed at enhancing scalability, efficiency, employee experience, operational consistency, and business alignment.
• Detect gaps, inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities within HR processes, systems, workflows, and service delivery models.
• Develop future-state HR processes and operational frameworks.
• Create project plans, implementation roadmaps, governance structures, success metrics, and transition plans.
• Oversee initiatives from assessment and design through to execution, stabilization, adoption, and handoff.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to prioritize and schedule transformation efforts.
• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational effectiveness, process optimization, workforce strategy, and improvements to operating models.
• Enhance HR workflows and service delivery by utilizing automation, technology, and emerging capabilities.
• Work in partnership with HR leadership, HRIS, IT, and operational stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Manage change for transformation initiatives, system implementations, restructures, and operational modifications.
• Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, training, and adoption.
• Facilitate working sessions, process-mapping workshops, leadership-alignment meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Handle multiple complex initiatives while meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, project updates, operating models, SOPs, and leadership communications.
• Utilize data, metrics, and trends to assess the effectiveness of transformations.
• Establish governance, controls, documentation standards, and scalable HR operations processes.
• Leverage HRIS and reporting capabilities to inform decision-making and provide operational insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• A minimum of seven (7+) years of progressive HR experience across various HR disciplines.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives, operational redesign efforts, or large-scale change management projects.
• Strong grasp of HR operations, organizational design, employee experience, and workforce processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Capability to develop processes, frameworks, and operational structures from the ground up.
• Experience managing ambiguity in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influence, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with practical execution.
• Familiarity with HR systems, workflow optimization, reporting, and process automation.
• Experience in a government contracting environment is preferred.
