This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Identify and evaluate candidates for engineering, GTM, and operations positions.
β’ Organize interviews, oversee scheduling, and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS.
β’ Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including documentation, system access, and first-week orientation.
β’ Ensure accuracy in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
β’ Assist with payroll entries, leave management, and essential compliance documentation.
β’ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and internal events.
β’ Prepare offer letters, NDAs, and HR communications.
β’ Develop and sustain HR dashboards that track hiring funnels, attrition, and engagement metrics.
β’ Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and basic data management.
β’ Detail-oriented with the capability to manage confidential information.
β’ Self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
β’ Interest in the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
β’ Guidance from senior HR leaders and the founding team.
β’ Comprehensive exposure to the talent lifecycle within a global cybersecurity organization.
