This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for providing User Support to associates throughout the enterprise (both North America and Non-North America) via Support Mailboxes and Case Management.
• This position will initially focus on user support while also engaging in testing, developing test scripts, and verifying configurations related to Workday's time and attendance module (Time Tracking, Time Off, and Absence).
• Identifies user requirements, resolves issues, guides users on system functionality, and escalates more complex problems in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Assists with COE project tasks and configuration modifications/enhancements within Workday.
• Serves as the Workday security administrator, responsible for adding, modifying, deleting, and reviewing user access; troubleshooting access and data population issues; making necessary corrections; and updating security profiles in alignment with the SOX issue process.
• Generates custom reports based on business requirements, including termination, turnover headcount, talent, recruiting, finance, payroll, HRMS legal reports, and ad-hoc requests.
• Works collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Managers to streamline HR processes.
• Functions as the intermediary between internal and external auditors regarding SOX compliance matters.
• Requires some training in areas such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or an equivalent combination of experience and education; generally necessitates a minimum of 3-5 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business challenges and leverage application knowledge to find suitable solutions.
• Prior experience with Workday is mandatory.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management processes.
• Exhibits good interpersonal skills and is an effective team player.
• Strong decision-making capabilities are essential.
• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in written form.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Kronos and/or SharePoint is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Multi-language proficiency is an advantage.
