HR Technology Implementation Consultant, French-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Cultivate extensive knowledge in strategic compensation, performance, and pay-transparency management—comprehending how the beqom platform’s features address essential business challenges, provide strategic value to clients, and model intricate rewards philosophies.

• Facilitate strategic workshops with clients to evaluate and provide guidance on their existing performance and compensation processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business goals.

• Examine current ('as-is') business processes and design enhanced ('to-be') total rewards strategies utilizing expert knowledge of the platform—clearly pinpointing opportunities for optimization, improved business intelligence, and additional value.

• Counsel and assist clients in configuring the beqom solution to fulfill their strategic requirements, including offering expert oversight during testing and user training to guarantee that business objectives are achieved.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s overall business and talent strategy to ensure the beqom solution facilitates seamless integration and long-term success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure.

• Practical experience in implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, BambooHR).

• Strong grasp of HR functional domains, including performance, compensation, and pay equity.

• Capability to translate business HR needs into system requirements (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis).

• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with clients or internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in conducting discovery sessions, documenting requirements, and presenting recommendations.

• Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics (KPIs, dashboards, data validation).

• Clear, organized communicator with robust stakeholder management skills.

• Language proficiency: fluent in English and French.
