β’ Flow Orchestration: Create automated workflows across essential HR tools, linking platforms like Slack, Airtable, Gupy, ADP, and other systems within the internal infrastructure.
β’ Applied Generative AI: Develop frameworks, prompts, and intelligent flows to support the HR team in tasks including performance evaluations, crafting job descriptions, communications, and operational analyses.
β’ Data Culture: Organize and structure personnel data to enhance strategic decision-making, monitoring metrics, trends, and opportunities through People Analytics.
β’ Mentoring and Promoting an AI-First Culture: Guide and empower the HR team to leverage automations and artificial intelligence, fostering a culture centered on innovation, efficiency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
β’ Hybrid Background: Extensive experience in HR (ideally within SaaS companies), coupled with a strong technological focus.
β’ Experience with LLMs: Proficient in generative AI tools utilized in business settings.
β’ No-Code/Low-Code: Skilled in automation tools like n8n and Zapier, along with API integrations.
β’ AI Frameworks: Familiarity with agent development platforms.
β’ Process Mindset: Capability to implement methodologies for workflow optimization prior to automation.
β’ Security and LGPD: Understanding of data security practices and the application of Brazilβs General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in AI scenarios.
