• Accountable for the management of comprehensive Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout Codekeeper.
• Supervise recruitment initiatives, encompassing sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, assessing prospective candidates, and onboarding new team members.
• Collaborate with department heads to clarify role specifications.
• Execute initial screening calls and assess candidates according to predetermined criteria.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates, outlining position details, compensation, and benefits.
• Investigate innovative platforms, tools, and strategies to improve recruitment operations.
• Design, structure, and document HR procedures that align with corporate policies.
• Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate three virtual team gatherings and one in-person team event annually to promote engagement and strengthen company culture.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a comparable HR or recruitment position.
• Background in recruitment, including proficiency in screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Experience in performance coaching.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Capability to adapt and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
