HR Talent Scout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive Human Resources strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper.

• Identify, post, and enhance job openings across a variety of platforms.

• Create and manage application and screening processes in accordance with company policies.

• Broaden recruitment outreach and enhance candidate engagement.

• Work in collaboration with department managers to clarify role requirements.

• Carry out initial screening calls and assess candidates based on predefined criteria.

• Extend job offers to successful candidates, outlining position terms, compensation, and benefits.

• Investigate new platforms, tools, and methods to improve recruitment processes.

• Record procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder.

• Develop, organize, and document HR procedures that align with company policies.

• Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee a smooth transition for new employees.

• Coordinate three online team gatherings and one offline team event each year to promote engagement and a robust company culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Capable of adapting and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a related HR or recruitment position.

• Background in recruitment, including experience with screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.

• Experience in performance coaching is preferred.
