HR Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the support of all HR technologies utilized by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to enhance the usage of HR systems.

• Work together on the implementation and configuration of HR modules.

• Act as the escalation point for complex client-related issues.

• Oversee the design and maintenance of integrations and data feeds.

• Partner to enhance the utilization of Salesforce and its associated technologies.

• Manage both internal and client-facing content pertaining to HR Systems.

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of HR Systems professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and supporting HRIS platforms.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS integrations and data feeds.

• Strong comprehension of HR operations.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions.

• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for problem-solving.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.
