This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Accountable for the worldwide oversight and upkeep of all HR systems and data.
• Ensures that systems are properly configured, consistently updated, and optimized to meet organizational requirements.
• Emphasizes data quality, system enhancement, and insightful analysis.
• Facilitates effective use of systems, promotes ongoing improvements, and guarantees data integrity throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated experience with HR and Compliance systems (e.g. NAVEX, Bamboo HRIS, ATS, LMS), preferably within a global or multi-country context.
• Solid comprehension of HR data management, encompassing data quality, integrity, reporting, and GDPR/compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Capability to analyze and interpret HR data, generating meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights to aid in decision-making.
• Experience in providing user training and creating instructional materials for system users.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for collaborating across global teams and offering clear technical guidance to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with process improvement and automation, with the capability to optimize workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a dedication to continuous enhancement.
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or French would be an added advantage.
• Guidance on HR systems policies, emphasizing data quality, security, and best practices.
• Primary support contact for HR systems, providing training, advice, and managing procedures.
• Supervises daily HRIS operations, including troubleshooting, system optimization, user access, and integrations.
• Manages and enhances systems like BambooHR, ATS, and Navex LMS, ensuring functionality, usability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Preserves data integrity through audits, reporting, GDPR compliance, and controlled access permissions.
• Generates HR analytics, dashboards, and KPI reports to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
• Contributes to HR policies, procedures, projects, and administration, fostering process improvements and supporting organizational initiatives.
