This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

• Guide candidates throughout the application procedure

• Collaborate on employer branding and HR processes

• Contribute ideas on talent development and training programs

• Enhance a positive and people-oriented HR experience

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a higher education degree, such as in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferably in your 3rd or 4th year)

• You are eager to gain experience within a socially responsible organization

• You are keen to learn and wish to develop yourself in various aspects of HR
