HR Spezialist – LOGA, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and further development of the group-wide payroll system LOGA for central payroll processing and our facilities.

• Ensuring stable, efficient, and reliable system operations in the payroll environment.

• Analysis, evaluation, and processing of system-related inquiries from payroll and the facilities.

• Implementation of legal, contractual, and organizational requirements as well as support for releases, testing, and technical advancements.

• Management and optimization of interfaces to adjacent payroll and financial systems, along with assistance in data quality checks.

• Participation in evaluations, user training, and group-wide payroll IT and digitization projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification related to payroll, business, or IT.

• Professional experience in payroll or payroll processing, with familiarity with the procedures of monthly payroll activities.

• Practical knowledge of LOGA or a comparable payroll system is advantageous.

• Good understanding of legal and contractual requirements in payroll processing.

• Enjoyment in analyzing, optimizing, and further developing system-supported payroll processes.

• Structured, solution-oriented, and service-focused work style, along with effective communication with various stakeholders.
