This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist with essential employee life cycle processes, including the onboarding of new professionals, data management, absence management, transfers, and offboarding.
• Prepare global HR documentation such as employment contracts, HR policies, and country-specific onboarding materials.
• Organize and uphold employee records through our proprietary platform.
• Manage benefits administration on behalf of both customers and professionals.
• Aid in payroll preparation by supplying necessary data.
• Conduct audits and verify data changes.
• Engage in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with professionals and our customers to clarify and resolve inquiries.
• Assist in the evaluation and renewal of company policies, ensuring legal compliance.
• Coordinate and liaise with GP partners and vendors.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related inquiries.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Resourceful with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Solid administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of labor legislation across the EMEA region.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in similar human resources roles.
• Capability to work within an international team.
