HR Specialist, Payroll – LOGA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing development of the company-wide payroll system LOGA for centralized payroll processing and associated facilities.

• Ensure consistent, efficient, and reliable operations within the payroll environment.

• Analyze, evaluate, and address system-related queries from both central payroll and facilities.

• Implement legal, collective bargaining, and organizational requirements effectively.

• Provide support for releases, testing, and technical enhancements.

• Maintain and enhance interfaces to related payroll and financial systems.

• Aid in conducting data quality checks.

• Contribute to reporting and user training initiatives.

• Engage in company-wide payroll IT and digitization projects.

• Assist in the standardization of processes and the development of digital payroll solutions.

• Work collaboratively with teams from Payroll, IT, Reporting, and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification in payroll, business administration, or IT.

• Professional experience in payroll or payroll accounting.

• Knowledge of the procedures involved in a monthly payroll run.

• Practical experience with LOGA or a similar payroll system is a plus.

• Strong understanding of legal and collective bargaining requirements in payroll accounting.

• A passion for analyzing, optimizing, and developing system-supported payroll processes.

• A structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded approach to work.

• Confident communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
