This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Effectively prioritize and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency and high-quality service.
β’ Provide HR services across all client accounts, which include but are not limited to: General HR Administration, On/offboarding Management, Compliance Assistance, LOA, Handbook/Policy Development, Performance Management, SOP creation, and more.
β’ Assist HCMU clients with HRIS system support when applicable.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and facilitation for accounts with multiple services or HCMU consultants.
β’ Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence through proactive communication and responsiveness.
β’ Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Client Relationship Managers, and/or Technical Account Managers to understand client deliverables and provide regular, detailed status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
β’ Work with internal team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
β’ Utilize HR knowledge and experience to foresee potential challenges and proactively tackle any issues that arise.
β’ Recommend and implement solutions to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
β’ Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in HR.
β’ Act as the initial escalation point for employee relations issues and guide managers through early-stage challenges.
β’ Conduct preliminary fact-finding for low-risk investigations and prepare summaries for HR leadership.
β’ Advise managers on progressive discipline, performance documentation, and policy interpretation.
β’ Assist in management efforts during HR program rollouts by preparing guides, FAQs, or micro-trainings.
β’ Support clients with LOA services using the Managed LOA product.
β’ Train or instruct additional HR Specialists on client tasks or HR matters necessary for effective client service delivery within the HR product.
β’ Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Experience in a multi-client environment is essential.
β’ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
β’ At least 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant, or Business Partner roles, ideally in a client-facing context.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and projects concurrently.
β’ In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
β’ Previous Payroll/Benefits processing experience is a plus.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across all levels.
β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
β’ Proficient in HRIS platforms and other relevant software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Paylocity, Paycor, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP WFN, Paycom, and/or Paychex).
β’ Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
