This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Act as a trusted consultant to senior executives, steering talent strategy, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and making people decisions aligned with business goals.
β’ Convert business objectives into HR initiatives that yield clear, measurable results and have a significant impact.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to improve talent retention, boost engagement, and accelerate performance.
β’ Oversee the creation and execution of advanced performance management practices.
β’ Establish frameworks, tools, and calibration processes.
β’ Provide guidance to leadership on compensation decisions that reflect performance and adhere to internal equity principles.
β’ Lead and nurture a high-performing HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.
β’ 8β12 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
β’ HRBP leadership experience in growth-stage, private equity-backed, or scaling technology or SaaS companies.
β’ Strong business acumen with the capability to influence senior leadership effectively.
β’ Proven experience in facilitating talent assessment and calibration processes.
β’ Demonstrated skill in driving organizational change and the adoption of innovative people practices.
β’ Familiarity with Lattice or a similar HRIS and performance management system.
