HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Offer HR assistance to Ivy Rehab for Kids team members, leaders, and clinics.

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure that regions possess the necessary talent resources.

• Prioritize teammate retention and engagement.

• Foster a motivating work atmosphere.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

• Provide direct strategic support throughout the Ivy Rehab for Kids organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-site setting.

• PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of state and federal labor laws.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
