HR Operations Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational HR advisory services and support the employee lifecycle across LTG's global operations.

• Assist in the provision of HR operational services throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Oversee and manage employee documentation, contractual modifications, and HR systems data.

• Function within established HR governance and employee relations frameworks.

• Aid in organisational change initiatives including restructures and workforce transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations, HR advisory, HR administration, or employee relations settings.

• Hands-on experience in supporting employee relations activities within established governance frameworks.

• Background in facilitating HR operational delivery throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Experience in supporting employee populations across multiple countries is essential.

• Familiarity with HR compliance, employment laws, and considerations related to operational risk.
