HR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Canada

• Supervise the onboarding process for new employees

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations

• Collaborate with managers to assess team well-being

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable laws

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field

• HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CPHR, SHRM-CP) is a valuable asset

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment law and employee relations

• Strong skills in SAP and SuccessFactors
