• Serve as the operational foundation of the HR department, ensuring seamless functioning of systems and support for personnel.
• Oversee HR operations and actively manage daily processes.
• Work in collaboration with the HR Manager to consolidate HR functions across Finance and Operations, including timesheet audits, compliance monitoring, onboarding, documentation of disciplinary actions, and training programs for Virtual Assistants.
• Plan and facilitate the design and delivery of training for Virtual Assistants.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, or similar role.
• Strong grasp of HR fundamentals: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and offboarding processes.
• Experience in managing employee records and ensuring compliance documentation is maintained.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in handling disciplinary procedures, including drafting NTEs, conducting hearings, and maintaining case documentation.
• Strong awareness of confidentiality and the professional discretion needed when dealing with employee information.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing focus on details.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
• Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable using productivity tracking tools (such as Hubstaff or similar).
• Ability to accurately create and maintain trackers, logs, and databases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English — clear, professional, and concise.
• Experience in designing or facilitating employee training programs, orientations, or onboarding initiatives.
• Capability to produce clear, structured, and engaging training materials (including slide decks, guides, checklists, and SOPs).
• Strong facilitation abilities — confident in leading group orientations and conducting one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Experience in tracking training completions, managing attendance records, and producing compliance reports.
• Ability to adapt training content to suit various learning levels and role types.
