• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and fundamental benefits.
• Handle employee lifecycle modifications, such as new hires, transfers, job changes, and terminations.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees.
• Keep employee records accurate and guarantee timely updates within HR systems.
• Assist in tracking and documenting leaves of absence.
• Aid in compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting as required.
• Recognize patterns, frequent inquiries, and areas for enhancement in HR processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication abilities to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail along with exceptional organizational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Customer-service orientation focused on assisting and supporting others.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-state environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Health, dental, and wellness benefits commencing on your 60th day of employment.
