HR Shared Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Delivers centralized human resource administration and support across Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, and Employee Relations.

• Works collaboratively within Human Resources to establish operational standards and procedures, address inquiries from employees and managers, and ensure precise transaction processing.

• Leads and engages in internal and cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous process and quality improvement, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Identifies issues impacting customers and implements solutions and process enhancements to elevate customer experiences.

• Ensures the efficiency of human processes, workflows, metrics, and system optimization.

• Assists in defining system requirements aimed at enhancing efficiency, automation, and self-service options for HR processes.

• Develops test plans, oversees testing cycles, and configures systems accordingly.

• Offers specialized professional support to VPs, managers, and employees during critical moments, exercising discretion in customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent, or an advanced degree with no prior experience.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Workday.

• Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Understanding of HR program administration, HR policies, human resources information systems, data analysis, and knowledge management.
