
HR Services Manager β TUPE Transfers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Act as the primary HR liaison for GEO employees and client representatives throughout the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
β’ Provide guidance to clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking.
β’ Assist Embedded (reseller) and HR Consulting clients with customized HR advice and strategic HR support.
β’ Create and manage employment contracts for new hires, departures, extensions, and transfers while preparing HR documentation and tracking key dates.
β’ Ensure adherence to local labor regulations, GDPR, and internal controls; maintain HR policies, employee manuals, and procedural documentation.
β’ Assist with work permit processes in collaboration with legal and immigration partners, escalating complex employee relations or legal matters as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to supervise monthly payroll cycles, tax submissions, social security filings, and the delivery of compensation and benefits.
β’ Produce monthly HR reports, address data requests, maintain employee records, and support HR audits and client due diligence.
β’ Lead and assist in HR projects involving employee transitions, organizational changes, and terminations.
β’ Recognize process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement enhancements to optimize service delivery and mitigate compliance risks.
β’ Offer coaching and daily HR assistance to client managers and internal stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams on aligned HR operations and both global and local HR initiatives.
β’ Foster a positive employee experience through onboarding, regular check-ins, offboarding, engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and conflict resolution.
β’ Keep abreast of updates in employment law and HR compliance requirements in supported countries while adopting HR best practices.
β’ 4β6 years of established experience in HR management or HR business partnering, ideally in an international or Employer of Record (EOR) setting.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance.
β’ Experience in the UK & Ireland is preferred.
β’ Mandatory experience in managing TUPE transfers.
β’ Proven experience in advising on complex Employment Relations Issues.
β’ Familiarity with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.
β’ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
β’ Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
β’ Results-oriented mindset, capable of managing priorities and adhering to deadlines.
