📋 Description

• Spearhead consultative discovery discussions to identify customers’ HR challenges, underlying issues, and opportunities for enhancing people operations.

• Cultivate and transform customer relationships into paid service engagements.

• Assist customers in clarifying, prioritizing, and comprehending the impacts of HR challenges and opportunities.

• Showcase BambooHR’s HR Consulting, Technical Services, and Managed Payroll solutions.

• Create and implement targeted strategies to boost awareness of services.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams on messaging, campaigns, and materials.

• Conduct and scale experiments aimed at enhancing engagement and conversion rates.

• Monitor active opportunities and advance them towards specified outcomes.

• Recognize repeatable customer-need signals and scale effective engagement and conversion strategies.

• Collect insights from customers and internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and service design.

• Advocate for the customer perspective in the development and delivery of HR services.

• Proven track record of identifying customer needs and converting them into paid services, driving measurable revenue growth and service attachment.

• Experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or HR Business Partner roles.

• Ability to discover and evaluate significant HR challenges and opportunities.

• Demonstrated success in building, nurturing, and converting customer relationships into paid engagements.

• Capable of leading consultative discussions, uncovering unspoken needs, challenging assumptions, and guiding customers toward action.

• Strong understanding of HR practices, challenges, and decision-making processes within small to medium-sized businesses.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and opportunities with consistent follow-through.

• Proficient in independently assessing HR needs and directing customers toward relevant, impactful solutions.

• Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities that link HR challenges to business impacts.

• AI proficiency required; demonstrated capability in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and evolve work processes.

• A curious, experimental mindset focused on testing, learning, and refining methods.
