This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Deliver human resources assistance to our internal clients in the EMEA region.
β’ Emphasize support in Italian, French, and English, while potentially aiding in additional translation activities for policies and documentation.
β’ Handle daily HR-related inquiries and transactions received through various communication channels.
β’ Utilize a Case Management tool to efficiently enter, track, and respond to all activities in a professional and welcoming manner.
β’ Achieve first call resolution while providing high-quality customer support that aligns with expected service levels and business performance objectives.
β’ Actively identify and suggest improvements to processes, procedures, and system functionalities as part of our Continuous Improvement initiatives.
β’ Execute various HR functions, including: pre-employment activities, coordination of employee administration, management of employee and HRIS data, addressing employee inquiries related to benefits, HR policies, compensation, etc., administration of leaves of absence and vacations, handling training inquiries, and generating HR-related reports.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a service environment; HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of Italian labor laws is essential.
β’ Familiarity with case management systems is beneficial.
β’ Native or business-level proficiency (both verbal and written) in Italian and French.
β’ Business-level proficiency in English; basic Spanish knowledge is an added advantage.
β’ Exceptional customer focus, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a service-oriented mindset.
β’ Adaptability and flexibility, including openness to change, along with strong attention to detail.
β’ Excellent process orientation and proficiency with technology, including the use of web-based platforms and case management systems.
β’ Capability to take ownership of tasks and collaborate in a team environment to enhance results continuously.
β’ A broad understanding and knowledge of HR Operations and the employee lifecycle is a plus.
β’ General awareness of HR policies, processes, practices, and employment laws.
