• Configure and maintain the Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to fulfill intricate business requirements.
• Oversee the complete solution delivery process, which includes design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Absence teams to grasp business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Conduct impact analyses for new features and enhancements during Workday releases (R1 & R2).
• Create and implement test plans, resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance for all configurations.
• Offer expert-level insights on Workday best practices and system optimization.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to guarantee seamless integration and data integrity.
• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations and processes for audit and compliance purposes.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, demonstrating expertise in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Workday certification in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is required.
• Proven experience in supporting Workday in a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit standards.
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication skills: ability to simplify complexity and align various stakeholders.
