This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Formulate and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to achieve hiring objectives across Yokly’s diverse business units.
• Actively identify candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent databases to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
• Utilize HR technology and automation tools to optimize hiring processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor essential HR metrics (such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience scores) to continually enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and compatibility with Yokly’s values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish a systematic interview process that facilitates data-driven hiring decisions.
• Oversee pre-employment assessments and technical evaluations as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, independent contractor agreements, and confidentiality standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by showcasing Yokly’s company culture and values through job postings, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain timely communication and feedback with candidates to foster a positive hiring experience.
• Craft engaging and inclusive job descriptions that draw in a diverse pool of talent.
• Work in tandem with HR and hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding and a smooth transition for new hires.
• Execute retention strategies to boost employee satisfaction and promote long-term engagement.
• Encourage new employees to engage in Agapay Samaritans initiatives, reinforcing Yokly’s commitment to social responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the outsourcing, BPO, or remote staffing sectors.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, or Indeed.
• Strong grasp of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and DEI best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Capability to analyze recruitment data and modify strategies accordingly to enhance hiring results.
• A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in managing candidate information.
