This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Advertise available positions across various job boards, the company's website, and pertinent platforms.
• Evaluate incoming resumes and application materials to pinpoint qualified candidates for legal and administrative positions.
• Organize interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep precise, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking and HR systems.
• Execute reference checks and assist in background verification processes.
• Oversee candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a uniform and professional experience.
• Offer general administrative assistance to the HR team as required.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or a legal/professional services setting is highly advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, as you will represent the firm to candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR or ATS platforms (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
• High degree of discretion, as you will be handling sensitive candidate and personnel information.
