This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
• Recruit local and expatriate talent across various departments and business functions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and formulate effective hiring strategies.
• Manage recruitment pipelines to ensure positions are filled within established service levels.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain diverse sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Build talent pipelines to address current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and employee setup.
• Facilitate a smooth introduction for employees regarding company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and employment vendors.
• Monitor the performance of recruitment agencies and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and ensure the accuracy of HR system data.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
• Foster employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
• Manage processes related to employee resignation and termination.
• Prepare recruitment reports and workforce updates for management review.
• Analyze hiring trends and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies and processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the Gaming, BPO, Online, Technology, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in recruiting both local and expatriate employees is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret recruitment data and workforce trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience leading recruitment projects or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Chinese is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese is required.
