• Take charge of the recruitment process as a leader in talent engagement, overseeing everything from initial outreach to conducting interviews.

• Assist Aktice Sourcing in implementing innovative strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

• Build and sustain a strong network to develop a diverse talent pool.

• Craft and disseminate engaging job advertisements while exploring new platforms to discover untapped talent.

• Assess and categorize applicants to ensure their skills align with the needs of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.

• A confident and professional demeanor when handling complex and sensitive personnel matters.

• An empathetic yet results-driven approach to effectively resolve conflicts.

• Ability to support team members in achieving their objectives.

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborative work.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks, delegating effectively, and solving problems.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Must reside in close proximity to Kolkata.
