This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You play a pivotal role in shaping our HR digitalization strategy.
β’ You lead the execution of the HR digitalization roadmap, which involves building, supporting, and maintaining existing systems, as well as introducing new HR solutions in close collaboration with IT, Data Protection, and various business units.
β’ You assist HR leadership with daily operations by preparing decision papers, presentations, and internal communications.
β’ You oversee HR projects with an emphasis on process optimization and digital solutions, facilitate workshops, and guide change initiatives with suitable measures.
β’ You share your expertise, support the team on diverse HR topics, and help elevate our efforts to the next level.
β’ A completed degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
β’ Several years of experience in HR project management, strategic HR roles, or as an HR advisor/consultant.
β’ Strong conceptual abilities along with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
β’ A high level of digital affinity and ideally experience with HR systems, such as applicant tracking systems, time management tools, HR suites, and learning platforms.
β’ Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for collaborating with various stakeholders.
β’ A structured and forward-thinking approach to work, with a desire to actively influence change.
