This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management for HRBP-led initiatives, encompassing talent programs, workforce planning, process enhancements, and policy revisions.

• Create project plans, establish timelines, set milestones, and define success metrics.

• Track progress, pinpoint risks, apply mitigation strategies, and maintain project documentation.

• Deliver status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Collaborate with HRBPs to translate business requirements into organized project deliverables.

• Promote alignment across HR Centers of Excellence.

• Assist HRBPs with data insights, research, and change management resources.

• Discover opportunities to optimize HRBP workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Design and implement templates, toolkits, and standardized processes.

• Foster continuous improvement within the HRBP Group.

• Formulate and execute change management strategies.

• Produce announcements, training materials, FAQs, and other communication tools.

• Conduct workshops or training sessions as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

• Over 8 years of experience in HR project management, HR business partnering, or HR programs/operations.

• In-depth knowledge of fundamental HR domains, including organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale HR projects within a matrixed environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.

• Capability to manage multiple intricate projects concurrently.

• Strong skills in HR analytics, Excel, dashboard creation, and generating insights.

• Proficient in stakeholder management and influencing at all organizational levels.

• Excellent planning and time management skills.

• Ability to guide teams through periods of transition.

• Effective collaboration across HR and business teams.

• Exceptional writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Must comply with applicable U.S. export-control regulations; a U.S. government export license may be necessary for certain individuals.
